The website is provided for information only. You may browse it for personal or professional use, but you may not republish, resell or systematically extract content without our written consent.
3. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not form a contract. Any works we deliver are governed by a separate written contract issued after a site visit, including scope, price, programme and warranty terms.
4. Accreditations & warranties
References to accreditations (FMB, Delta Registered Installer, Considerate Constructors Scheme), insurance (£10M public liability) and warranties (25-year structural and waterproofing) reflect our current position. Warranties apply only to works delivered under a signed UHM Basements contract, subject to the conditions set out in that contract.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site, photographs, copy, layout, brand assets, is owned by or licensed to Underhouse Management Ltd. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
